Contrary to popular belief, we believe that brunch is the most important meal of the day. Our tempting breakfast treats are prepared from scratch using the best locally sourced ingredients. Everything from brioche buns to baked beans are made in house, providing a great learning opportunity for our team of young apprentices. We aim to give them the best possible start in their careers by helping them gain both skills and confidence. That’s why we’re called The Early Bird- we’re going to help them catch the worm!


Our team of bakers is knocks up a range of beautiful bakes using locally milled flour, organic Welsh dairy and free range eggs. We’re famous for our fluffy brioche doughnuts and cinnamon swirls.


Our coffee is carefully selected from ethical supply chains and hand roasted our stone based ovens.

We think hand roasting our coffee gives each new batch a unique profile, just like our sourdough.

We’ve got a range of homemade syrups, like moreish salted caramel, that we’ve made to compliment our coffee if you like. We also served filter coffee on free refill for those wanting a change from espresso. However you like your cup, just ask our baristas and we will be happy to serve you the best brew possible.

If coffee isn’t your thing we’ve also got homemade seasonal cordials, iced teas and juices.
